SDG Problem Statement
- What sustainable development goals should the product or system aim to achieve (e.g., reducing emissions, improving public health, enhancing access to essential services)?
- What societal, environmental, and economic challenges do stakeholders want the system to address in order to advance sustainability (e.g. inequality, climate change, safety, or inclusion)?
- How can UX design foster public trust in new technologies or systems by promoting safety, transparency, and ethical use, contributing to sustainable and resilient communities?
- What interface elements should be designed to enable clear, inclusive, and sustainable communication between systems and external users (e.g. the public — how do you communicate with particular audience with what you want to do)
